Colonia & Carmelo wine weekend

DAY 1: Colonia del Sacramento / Carmelo

Arrival in Colonia de Sacramento. Meet and greet at the port or bus terminal, followed by a guided tour of the beautiful town of Colonia. Lunch in a local restaurant. Private transport to Narbona Wine Lodge, in Carmelo. Night’s accommodation at the Lodge.

DAY 2: Carmelo

After breakfast we’ll head to Carmelo to discover the origins of the vine in Uruguay. We’ll visit the “Bodega Cordano”, including a wine tasting, and then have lunch at the “Posada Campotinto”. During the afternoon we’ll keep exploring the area with a last tasting at the “Bodega Boutique El Lagado”. Overnight in Carmelo in one of our selected hotels.

DAY 3: Carmelo / Colonia del Sacramento

On the morning, after breakfast, we’ll start the day with a visit to the historical vineyard “Los Cerros de San Juan”, where we’ll enjoy an exclusive wine tasting. Then we’ll continue our trip to our hotel in Colonia where we’ll have free time to have lunch (lunch not included). The rest of the afternoon is free for your choice of activities. Night’s accommodation at the hotel included.

DAY 4: Colonia del Sacramento

After breakfast and depending on your time of departure, we’ll drop you off at the bus station, port terminal or in Montevideo.
