Le Palais Bénédictine, an architectural masterpiece of gothic and Renaissance inspirations, was erected at the end of the 19th century in honour of the Bénédictine liqueur by Alexandre Le Grand, a wine merchant from Fécamp, who had found a recipe created in 1510 by a Bénédictine monk in a grimoire.
This eclectic building will make visitors discover Bénédictine through a unique Experience. They will first explore the museum, which houses rich collections of sacred and ancient art related to the legacy of Bénédictine, as well as a room dedicated to its industrial history. The guided tour then leads to the one and only Bénédictine distillery in the world, with its 19th century hammered copper stills, and to the cellars.
After the visit of the Museum and the Distillery, be introduced to the art of cocktails. Within 30 minutes, Le Palais proposes to the visitors :
