The concept of restaurant L'AND, awarded with the first Michelin star of the Alentejo region, seeks to affirm the new Portuguese gastronomic culture, reflecting our history and our culture, and integrating the experiences and ingredients resulting from discoveries in the Far East. Transporting visitors on a culinary journey, chef Miguel Laffan is inspired by the natural environment surrounding the L'AND Vineyards and L'AND Vineyards Resort. The menu dishes are influenced by the Alentejo cuisine with a contemporary interpretation. The idea: traveling and meeting of cultures and flavors, combining Mediterranean cuisine with contemporary influences from Alentejo and the East.
