Day 1: County Dublin
Welcome to the country’s capital, where Jameson distilled his whiskey for 200 years. Enjoy an exclusive opportunity to have a private lunch with the last surviving descendants of Jameson and have them pour you a strong glass.
Our Tip: Make time for us to arrange a private tour and tasting of Teelings Distillery, the first whiskey distillery to have opened in Dublin in 125 years.
Day 2: Ireland’s Ancient East
Head in the direction of Galway and stop at a famous castle where you will be able to meet the Earl who grew up with the Rolling Stones and other musicians at his home performing concerts since 1981. Visit this castle’s whiskey distillery and enjoy an exclusive tasting with the Earl. Dine at the restaurant on site and savor the ability to live like nobility for a day.
Day 3-4: County Galway
Spend time in the quaint coastal town of Galway with fresh seafood, historic pubs, and the historically forbidden Irish whiskey, “poitin”. Take a day trip on a helicopter around the wonderous Cliffs of Moher that make Ireland famous. You can explore the fascinating, rich, and unique tradition of an island at your leisure with a lunch and tasting at a local restaurant before returning to the base. You can explore the island by horse-drawn carriages, bicycles, a Segway tour, or simply taking a leisurely stroll through the windy byways.
Day 5: Midlands and Ancient East
On the way back to Dublin, stop at a historic castle and have an exclusive opportunity to spend time with the Earl of Rosse. Move on towards an old working distillery in Kilbeggan, where you may tour and taste, then head back to Dublin for the night.
