Your private driver will take you to Jerez, in the province of Cadiz, to meet the wine expert who will guide you during your visit of the Tradición winery.
A quite interesting concept: at this bodega, they bottle old wines and brandies without cold filtering, stabilizing or clarifying, and without adding sweeteners or sulphites, thus preserving their purity to the maximum and focusing on their selection and aging.
This way of bottling Jerez wines is known as "en rama" and in recent years it has boomed between the younger, fine and chamomile wine types.
After the winery visit and tasting, your driver will take you back to your hotel in Seville, or you can stay in Jerez and enjoy one of the most characteristic shows in Andalusia: the dancing horses. Take your VIP seats in the arena at the Royal Andalusian Academy of Equestrian Art, and watch horses and riders perform their famous “Dancing Horses” display. This is arguably the finest live dressage performance in the world!
Following the performance, we suggest a typical Andalusian tapas meal in one of Jerez’s finest tapas restaurants before returning to Sevilla.
