Learn how to make “pici” (typical handmade pasta, Montepulciano style), ”sugo all’aglione” (traditional garlic tomato sauce), pecorino flan with swiss chard puree, “torta della nonna” and many other dishes from the Tuscan tradition. And the best thing is: you do all of this with an Avignonesi glass of wine in your hand! Tours are designed for groups from 4 to 10 guests. Individual requests are considered on an ad hoc basis.The approximate duration of the activity is 5.5 hours. All participants will receive a luxury gift bag with an Avignonesi apron, cork screw, drop stop and our recipe collection book.The Cooking Class commences at 9.30am and ends around 3pm.
