Susana Balbo Wines is renown for its world-class blends, and our Blend Art Experience offers a glimpse into the daily work of our world-class winemakers.

The experience begins with a guided tour to introduce various styles of winemaking. Participants are then presented with three bottles of different varietals, along with descriptors of characteristics and prompts to help define an individual style. After experimenting with different ratios and blends, participants finalize their creation.

For groups, we also offer the option of a competition between teams, complete with a blind taste test and a judge who will select the best blend of the day.

At the end of the experience, we pour a celebratory glass of one of our award-winning blends, BenMarco Expresivo or Susana Balbo Brioso.

Offered daily at 9:30am, 11:00am, and 3:30pm. Duration: approximately 90 minutes. Reservation required. Minimum of 2 people.
