Caveau Château St Pierre de Serjac
In constant production since the Roman era, the 19th Century incarnation now houses a state-of-the-art winery with vat room, barrel store and a striking tasting room and event space, all designed with the visitor in mind.
Fully renovated between 2013 and 2015, the first vintages of the new era at Château St Pierre de Serjac were bottled in 2017. Our intention is clear: iconic Languedoc wines – locally expressive, internationally sought after.
A full program of tastings, activities and events is open to resident guests and visitors.
We hold regular tastings and events with the people behind the wines, giving visitors an insider’s view of Languedoc winemaking. Events are held throughout the year and are available on demand for groups of 4 or more.
St Pierre de Serjac is a perfect base to discover the diversity, experimentation and sheer verve of the Languedoc – the world’s most exciting wine region. There are literally hundreds of wineries within easy range – Faugères and Pezenas are on our doorstep while St. Chinian, Berlou, Picpoul de Pinet, La Clape, Terrassees du Larzac and the Minervois are all just a short drive.
