Cala Rossa is constantly recreating its menu to propose clients a choice between gastronomic dishes or a lighter cuisine. The menu gives pride of place to quality products from the kitchen garden and local markets.

Our Chefs
At Cala Rossa, gastronomy is a four-hand art, headed by Chef Pascal Cayeux and assisted by Sébastien Chauchat. This powerful and talented duo reinvents new delicious recipes, inspired by the Mediterranean cuisine and their morning pick at the hotel’s private garden.
Cala Rossa is home to other two restaurants for a more casual experience: Les Terrasses right on the water's edge, and a summer, pop-up bistro, A Rena, set up on the seashore for the evening. Here, you can enjoy simple and tasty food with grilled meat and fish, delicious risottos, mixed salads, tartares and some pasta dishes, which vary according to the vegetable crops.
