In the heart of the farm, between its courtyard, its outbuilding and a lovely terrace overlooking the golf course, you will discover La Table de la Ferme, a restaurant that will welcome you warmly in its cosy dining room where you will feel at home.
The restaurant features monumental fireplaces, a wide open space made from authentic brick walls, wooden ceilings and large arches opening on the terrace and the greens.
In summer season, La Table de la Ferme becomes a proper gastronomic restaurant thanks to Michelin starred-chef Mathieu Pacaud who takes over with his team and offers our guests a gastronomic menu based on Corsican products only.
In Murtoli, our menus are primarily composed of the tastiest products grown on the domain and the essence of the Corsican terroir. Throughout the seasons, our chefs will make you feel and appreciate thousands of fresh flavors from this marvelous reserve between the sea and the land. The veal and the lamb raised in the farm, the fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs from the garden, the olive oil, the cheeses of the domain, all the Mediterranean fishes such as dorado, denti, john dory and sea urchin… fished at night or early in the morning, prepared carefully, infused with herbs or grilled in the aromas of the scrubland.
